Embedding video content into your marketing campaigns can significantly boost engagement and provide a more dynamic experience for your audience. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to add Loom videos to your campaigns and websites using your CRM platform.

To start, navigate to the Marketing section, in the Email dropdown and select "Campaigns" to access your list of campaigns. Choose an existing campaign or create a new one. For this example, we'll use a sample campaign.
Adding Video Content
In the campaign editor, drag the video element into your campaign layout. From there, you can choose the video type—select "Loom" from the options, including HTML, Vistia, Vimeo, and YouTube. Simply paste the URL of your Loom video into the designated field.

Optionally, you can update the video thumbnail to a custom image by adding the URL of your desired thumbnail.

Using Loom Videos on Websites
